This course addresses health and environment questions associated with applications of desalination for drinking water supply.
By the end of this course, the participant should have a greater understanding of water quality, technology, health issues, blending waters, nutritionally desirable components, chemicals and materials used in water production, water quality and distribution system monitoring, and environmental quality and environmental impact assessments.
