Workplace bullying refers to repeated, unreasonable actions of individuals (or a group) directed towards an employee (or a group of employees), which are intended to intimidate, degrade, humiliate, or undermine; or which create a risk to the health or safety of the employee(s).

Organizations can intervene to build a collaborative safety culture by directing attention safety and creating contexts where people can speak up and problem solve together.

An organization can create a Code of Conduct that defines professional behaviors and unacceptable behaviors and includes policies and procedures at the work place.
